How to Apply for Direct Admission in 2026

Most colleges accept direct admission applications through two primary routes. Under Management Quota, applications are made directly to the college’s admission office — typically with Class 12 marks (PCM), a valid CET/JEE score (even a low one is acceptable in many cases), and the payment of a higher fee. The NRI Quota is available for students with NRI sponsorship and requires similar documents plus proof of NRI status.

For Lateral Entry (direct admission to 2nd year), diploma holders can apply under the DCET (Diploma Common Entrance Test) scheme or management lateral entry at the respective college
